Can I test Pergamin before I buy it?
Yes. You can test Pergamin for free and prepare and sign up to 30 documents within a year of registering an account in the system.
Can I integrate Pergamin with applications in my company?
Yes. Pergamin has a Rest API that allows you to connect to other systems and reap the benefits of automation. We will provide API documentation for review upon your request.

What support does Pergamin offer?
We offer support in 3 areas:
1. Technical support
Questions related to the operation of the system and bug reports can be sent via a dedicated email that all Pergamin customers receive access to and a chat window available on the website. Here, I would write that we encourage people to take a look at the information base or our YouTube channel to try and figure it out on their own.
2. Template implementation
Do you have your own document templates and want to use them in Pergamin? Our team of Legal Engineers will help you transfer the templates that are used in your company to Pergamin and optimize them to make it easier to prepare documents based on them. Here, we can write something about conditional functions and that if the client wants to have us transfer the templates to the system, they need to let us know. I would also write that this is an extra charge service.
3. System training
For our clients, we offer system training for those who will be working with documents in Pergamin. Training may include using the platform’s functionalities, setting privileges in Teams and Organizations, and using the Template Wizard. Pergamin is simple to use, so you’ll easily learn how it works from the materials that we’ve prepared for you (or something similar, we can change this). In general, it would be good to link our YouTube channel here, the information base, the playlist for the Wizard, maybe also provide a link to this comprehensive PDF manual that Customer Success made a while back.
